Emmanuel Sanders to Saints

Wide Receiver Emmanuel Sanders has signed a 2-year deal with the New Orleans Saints.

Fantasy Impact

The Saints have been searching for a consistent #2 WR for what seems like a decade, and they may have finally found a suitable one. Sanders is a great route runner and should fit right in the Saints offense. In terms of fantasy, he may be a little underwhelming, being no better than the 3rd best receiving weapon on the team. I don’t expect Michael Thomas’ target share to be impacted at all. I would draft Sanders as a WR5 to fill in during the bye weeks.
