QB

Justin Herbert – LAC ($8,500) vs Jets

Justin Herbert has all but locked up the offensive rookie of the year award, and for good reason. HE faces off against the worst team in the league in the New York Jets. They rank 31st in Drafthustle’s adjusted DVP rankings, so the matchup is tremendous. The Chargers have the second highest Vegas implied Team total (27.5) so expect Herbert to light up the score board.

RB

Mike Davis – CAR ($7,400) vs Lions

Mike Davis let the world down last week, but we are going right back to him. He has the best matchup by far for RBs this week. The Lions rank in the top 4 in rush Yards per game allowed, yards per carry allowed, TD% allowed, and receiving yards allowed to RBS. Davis will provide elite production at much lower salary cost than the elite RBS.

WR

Keenan Allen – LAC ($8,000) vs Jets

Keenan Allen is having arguably the best year of his career. He has the highest target share of all WRs (29.3%) in the league, so the opportunity will always be there. The Chargers have the second highest Implied Vegas total (27.5) so there will be plenty of points. Keenan Allen has scored a TD in 4 of his last 5 games, giving him a solid ceiling to go along with his safe floor. Lock him in all of your Herbert lineups.

TE

Taysom Hill – NO ($4,500) vs Falcons

Taysom Hill might be the chalkiest play in DFS history. He is reportedly starting at QB for the Saints, but is listed as a TE so his points per dollar value is off the charts. There is really no logical reason to not play Taysom Hill in all cash lineups this week.

Pittsburgh Steelers – ($5,000) vs Jaguars

Attack the Jags! Attack the team with the lowest Vegas implied total, which the Jaguars have yet again (17.75). Lock the Pittsburgh Steelers in your cash lineups
