DraftHustle’s Top Fanduel Cash Plays of the week
QB
Justin Herbert – KC ($8,400) vs Texans
Justin Herbert has been stellar in his sophomore season. He gets to face the Texans in week 16, who have been awful all season. They have the highest implied Vegas total on the week 16 main slate, so we know they are expected to score. If Austin Ekeler is out, the Chargers will be more prone to pass the ball, increasing Herbert's floor and ceiling.
RB
Alexander Mattison – MIN ($5,500) vs Rams
Dalvin Cook is out due to the Covid Protocol, so that means Alexander Mattison is primed to be the Vikings workhorse. In the last 2 games Dalvin Cook missed, Alexander Mattison has averaged 29 touches and over 20 Fanduel points per game. At $5,500 he will be very highly owned, but for good reason.
WR
Cooper Kupp – LAR ($9,800) vs Vikings
This might be the most obvious play of the slate. Cooper Kupp has been incredible all season. This week he facelates the Vikings, who are the worst team against WRs in the league. Kupp has averaged 13 targets, 129 yards, and has scored at least 1 touchdown in the last 3 weeks. With so many cheap RBs on this slate, Cooper Kupp can easily fit into any lineup you put together in week 16.
TE
Mark Andrews – BAL ($8,000) vs Bengals
Mark Andrews has picked the best time of the year to live up to his draft value. He has averaged 12 catches, 125 yards, and 1,5 TDs over the last 2 weeks, and is rightfully the highest priced TE on the week 16 slate. He faces the Bengals, who rank in the bottom 8 of the league in every major statistical category against TES. Similarly to Cooper Kupp, the plethora of value RBs on the slate makes paying up for other positions very easy, and Andrews is as safe as they come.
D/ST
Philadelphia Eagles – ($5,000) vs New York Giants
The Eagles get to face the Giants in week 16, who stink. They will be starting Jake Fromm at QB, who also stinks. You can pay up for Philly at D/ST this week and feel very good about it.
