QB

Lamar Jackson – BAL vs Commanders - $9,500

Lamar Jackson has been playing incredibly this season.  He scored over 36 FanDuel points last week in a great matchup and has another great matchup in week 6 against the Commanders in what should be a high scoring game.  The Commanders have 3rd highest allowed TD% to QBs this season, and do not have an INT on the year.  Despite being the highest priced QB on the slate by a decent amount, Lamar’s rushing ability gives him a high floor, making him the safest play in all DFS contest formats.

Bucky Irving – TB vs Saints - $5,700

Rachad White is currently listed as Doubtful for week 6, making Bucky Irving the chalkiest player of the slate.  He was already trending towards taking a bigger share of the RB work, and will get the majority, if not all of it this week.  He has averaged 11 touches over the last 3 weeks, and I expect that to double in week 6. The Saints are a middle of the road matchup against RBs, making Irving more of a value play than a matchup play.  Lock Bucky in all lineups.

Zay Flowers – BAL vs Commanders - $7,200

Zay Flowers has the pleasure of facing the worst secondary in the league, and we are riding the wave.  Zay Flowers had his best game of the year last week against the Bengals (7 catches, 111 receiving yards), and he gets to face the year who allows the 6th most FanDuel PPG to WRs.  The Commanders have also allowed the most TDs to WRs, giving Zay a great chance to score his first receiving TD since week 2.

Jake Ferguson – DAL vs Steelers - $6,100

We are back on the Jake Ferguson train this week. Jake was solid last week in a decent matchup and gets another decent matchup against the Lions in the game with the highest projected Vegas O/U (52.5) on the week 6 slate.  Ferguson has gotten at least 6 targets in his last 3 games and will remain the #2 target for Dak Prescott.  The Cowboys are underdogs in this game, and will probably be playing catch-up late, meaning more targets for Jake Ferguson. 

D/ST

Atlanta Falcons – vs Panthers - $3,800

After a few solid weeks, the Andy Dalton-led Panthers went back to being terrible in week 5, so we will attack them with the Atlanta Falcons D/ST.  The Panthers are allowing D/STs to score the 6th most points above their average in the league.  Carolina is only projected to score 20.5 points according to the Vegas’s implied team totals, and I believe that is too high.  At $3,800, it will be hard to find a better value at D/ST this week.
